Key Responsibilities of the Security Operations Manager
1. Security Policy Development & Implementation
Develops and enforces security protocols, ensuring consistent application across all company facilities in line with international best practices and compliance requirements.
2. Surveillance & Access Control Oversight
Monitors CCTV systems, supervises access points, and ensures only authorized personnel enter restricted areas, maintaining high-level physical security.
3. Emergency Response & Crisis Management
Leads incident response efforts, coordinates evacuation plans, and ensures readiness for emergencies including fire, intrusion, or operational disruption.
4. Security Personnel Management & Training
Supervises security staff, conducts training programs, and ensures all personnel are equipped to respond professionally to threats or violations.
5. Risk Assessment & Preventive Strategy
Evaluates security vulnerabilities, performs site risk assessments, and implements preventative measures to reduce exposure to internal and external threats.
