Project Report – Gas Power Plant
1️⃣ Strategic Collaboration in Energy Development
I attended an official meeting with the Iraqi Ministry of Oil – Directorate of Planning, Studies, and Follow-up, under the Minister of Oil’s supervision, to assess the feasibility of natural gas-based power generation, aiming to enhance Iraq’s energy sector.
2️⃣ US & GULF ENERGY’s Role in Project Execution
As Regional Director in Iraq for US & GULF ENERGY, I engaged in discussions with our Chairman. Our U.S.-based company, partnered with General Electric and Siemens, possesses the expertise and resources required for efficient power generation.
3️⃣ Governmental Initiative for Sustainable Energy
The Ministry invited us to present capabilities in natural gas-based electricity generation. This project supports Iraq’s energy sustainability vision, reducing dependence on fossil fuels while enhancing environmental and operational efficiency.

Project Report – Investment and Turnkey Drilling of Oil Wells
1️⃣ Oil Well Drilling Projects
Iraq’s oil well drilling projects are crucial for boosting national energy production. Through our partnership with P R Marriott Drilling, a UK-based contractor with advanced rigs, we ensure efficient operations.
2️⃣ Oilfield Services for Drilling and Well Workover
In collaboration with Burgan Company, a Kuwaiti service provider, we offer cementing, casing, and well stimulation services, ensuring efficiency and adherence to international safety standards in oilfield operations.
3️⃣ Participation of the Iraqi Drilling Company (IDC)
Under our previous partnership agreement with IDC, all licensing round companies must coordinate drilling and workover operations through IDC, ensuring regulatory compliance and national energy security.

Project Report – Implementation of Infrastructure and Investment Projects
1️⃣ Execution of Projects in Exchange for Petroleum
We have the capability to execute major infrastructure projects in Iraq, where project costs will be settled through petroleum supply equivalent to the project’s financial value in USD, in collaboration with Zhongteng International.
2️⃣ Project Execution with a Five-Year Post-Completion Guarantee
We have the capability to complete the project, and after five years, we will receive the full payment. This is secured by a certified banking guarantee issued by the Central Bank, ensuring financial commitment and stability.
3️⃣ Strategic Investment Projects
Two strategic and vital railway projects for Iraq’s economic growth: Ramadi – Karbala Railway and Ramadi – Trebil Railway, enhancing connectivity with Jordan through cross-border railway infrastructure.
