Key Responsibilities of the HR & Training Coordinator
1. Employee Training & Development Programs
Designs and delivers training sessions to build employee skills, promote leadership, and align workforce competencies with organizational goals.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding Support
Assists in hiring processes, schedules interviews, and coordinates onboarding to ensure a smooth and professional employee entry experience.
3. Performance Evaluation & Monitoring
Supports managers in tracking employee performance, facilitating feedback processes, and identifying areas for professional improvement and recognition.
4. HR Documentation & Policy Compliance
Maintains accurate employee records, ensures HR procedures comply with legal standards, and supports internal policy implementation.
5. Employee Engagement & Communication
Organizes internal activities, fosters team collaboration, and maintains clear communication channels between HR and employees to strengthen workplace culture.
